Accessibility Statement

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice we try to make sure that:

• text is readable and contrasts sufficiently with its background
• the site can be operated with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is visible
• the layout works at different screen sizes and when text is enlarged
• form fields have visible labels that are linked to their inputs
• images that carry meaning have alternative text
• a skip link is available to bypass the navigation

Known limitations

We are aware that some areas still fall short and are working on them:

• some photographs are decorative and their alternative text could be more descriptive
• a small number of pages have headings that do not follow a strict order
• we have not yet completed testing with a full range of screen readers
