Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry or estimate form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, property postcode, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we and our service providers may record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the referring website and the search terms that brought you here.

Call and enquiry tracking. This site uses a third-party call and lead tracking service. It records the page you were on and how you reached the site, and may display a tracking telephone number so that calls can be attributed to a marketing source. Calls placed to a tracking number are connected to us as normal.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quotation. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

To carry out work you have engaged us for. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.

To understand how the site is found and used, and to improve it. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, balanced against your privacy.

To meet legal and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the business, including our website host, our form submission provider, our email provider and our call tracking provider. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it
